• Booking amount is non-refundable. Once payment is successful, the amount will not be refunded.
• If you want to cancel, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your booked slot/date.
• Repeated cancellations may create trust issues and the ground booking can be held/blocked for that user or team for future bookings.
• Slot availability is subject to confirmation based on date & ground selection.
• For any urgent changes, contact support/admin as early as possible.
